11 years in e-commerce: Etsy, eBay and my own Shopify store. Personalised products, more than 100,000 orders.
I built the way my shop runs around AI myself. AI prepares orders, and an agent drafts replies to customers - I edit and send them. I also built a lettering designer for my website with AI.
Alongside that, I'm growing my own sales channels. The goal is for marketplaces to be an extra channel, with my own channels as the main ones.
